At Badminton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your new racket, shuttlecocks, or court shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets still have their plastic handle wrap intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
